How do I create a Friends List?

All you have to do is find another collectZing member. When you are looking at their profile, you will have the opportunity to contact the member by clicking on the Become Friends link. can then send the member a message, and once that person has accepted you as a friend, you will have your very second friend! (David, our co-founder, is automatically in your Friends List when you first joined up!)

How do I invite my friends to join collectZing?

Once you have joined up with collectZing, you can send an email message to all your non-collectZing friends. You will see on the site, a link entitled Invite Friends. If you click on that, you will be taken to a page where you can input email addresses and send a personalized message to all your friends! It’s a simple and quick way of telling your local club, society or group about collectZing! In fact, it’s even simpler than that, because our special widget imports all your email addresses for you – no need to type them in manually!

What is ‘friends of a friend’?

collectZing not only connects you with other like-minded collectors, but also with a secondary group of members. If you make a friend on collectZing, then you will automatically become linked in to their friends’ lists as well. (Think of it like a third degree of separation!)
