In order to try and keep uniformity when creating new Wiki pages, we ask that you follow these guidelines. It may seem complicated, but it's actually very simple, and helps to keep the Wiki clear and easy to read. Try to keep to the guidelines as much as possible; but if you miss something that's ok. The collectZing staff keep an eye out for any changes to the Wiki, and will help fix things up as needed. This page will grow as we develop the Wiki, so please don't consider it as definitive or unchangeable.
Please use American spelling. Ie. Color, not colour; organize, not organise

When creating a new page, you will be asked to give it a title - please add a heading to the top of the page using the same title. Make sure this heading is in the 'Heading 1' font format.
Then add a table of contents if necessary. You can easily do this by clicking on the 'Insert Plugin' link at the top of the text editor. A pop-up will appear; choose the 'PBWiki Magic', and click on the 'table of contents' link. You will be asked to choose several options; just click 'Next' and 'Finish'. A green link should appear in the text editor; just continue typing away.
From there, add your text. If you want to make additional headings, type the heading text in and make sure it is in 'Heading 2' font format. 'Heading 3' font format is for the smallest heading size, while 'Heading 2' is the middle size. Please make sure the Heading 2 text is also bold.
When adding bullet points, please first insert an image; the arrow.gif image listed in the Insert Image options. Type your text. Then increase the indent (the 8th button across from the top of the text editor)
When adding a new table (like the one used above for the terminology), please make sure the width of the table is 500 pixels and change the border to '0'.
To add a new column or row, right click on the column/row next to where you want it added, and choose the correct menu options.
When adding a new term to the glossary, please place new terms in alphabetical order.
Don't forget that you can use the other pages in the collectZing Wiki as a guide: the collectZing FAQ for instance. You can also add comments to any pages you edit or create. If you would like to ask a question or need some help, feel free to post it in the collectZing Wiki Club, where one of the staff or other members will help you.
